If you choose this method, our responsibility and yours are divided:

    - Seller’s responsibility:

      + We will delivery to the carrier at designated airport in our country.

      + Doing export procedures.

      + Bearing the cost of transporting goods to the carrier.

    - Buyer’s responsibility:

      + Bearing the cost of transporting after goods to destination.

      + Doing import procedures.

      + Remaining payment after receiving goods.

  2. Courier services: DHL, FedEx, TNT, UPS….

    - Seller’s responsibility:

       + We will delivery to designated address in Buyer’s country.

       + Doing export procedures or import procedures if the Buyer request.

       + Bearing the cost of transporting goods to the Buyer.

    - Buyer’s responsibility:

       + Doing import procedures or the Buyer request the Seller to do.

       + Remaining payment after receiving goods.

  3. Door to door:

   - Seller’s responsibility:

      + We will delivery to designated address in Buyer’s country.

      + Doing export and import procedures.

      + Bearing the cost of transporting goods to the Buyer.

   - Buyer’s responsibility:

      + Remaining payment after receiving goods.

- Certificate of Origin is issued by The Viet Nam Chamber of Commercial and Industry

- Certificate of Quality is issued by producer or as per requested .

- Certificate of Quantity is issued by producer or as per requested .

- Certificate of Phytosanitary issued by The Plant Protection Department or as per requested.

- Certificate of Health is issued by  Authorized Authority 

- Certificate of Fumigation is issued by Viet Nam Fumigation Company or as per requested.

- Original Airway Bill

  +  As evidence of a transport contract has been signed between the carrier and the shipper

  + As evidence of the carriage of receiving goods.

  + As certificate of insurance of goods transported by air.

  + As customs declaration documents of goods.

  + As guide to airline staff during cargo service.

- The Airway Bill is printed in the standard form of the International Air Transport Association (IATA standard form).

- The Airway Bill is includes 3 original (the original) and the copies.

  + The Original No.3 for the shipper, used as evidence of the carrier received goods and as evidence of the contract of carriage. This copy is signed by both the carrier and the shipper.

  + The Original No.1 for the carrier, for the purpose of receiving payments and use that as evidence of the contract of carriage. This copy signed by the consignor.

  + The Original No. 2, for the consignee, it is sent to the final destination and delivered to the recipient upon delivery.

  + The Original No.4, is the delivery receipt, is available at the final destination. This copy signed by the consignee and the carrier. It is retained as proof that the carrier has completed the contract of carriage.

  + The number 5, for the destination airport, which is available at the destination airport.

  + The number 6, for the 3rd carrier, used when goods are transported at the 3rd airport.

  + The number 7, for 2nd carrier, used when goods are transferred at the 2nd airport.

  + The number 8, for 1^st  carrier.

  + The number 9, for agents.

- Less than 2000kg. 

- Vina Control, IIC Control are inspected by VietNam.

- SGS, Bureau Vertitas are inspected by oversea services in VietNam ( Will negotiate the paid expense later ).
